Ingredients: Desi Shad Chatpati Masala – 5 tsp, Chatpati Dal – 150g, Potato – 2, Egg – 2, Chopped Onion – 1/2 cup, Green Chilli – 4, Tamarind – 20g, Fuska – 4, Sugar – 1 Tea Spoon, salt – in quantity. Cucumber, Tomato, Coriander.
Method: Wash 150 grams of chapati dal well, and soak it in water for 4 hours. Boil potatoes and eggs and cut them into pieces. Chop onion and green chillies. Extract tamarind juice with 1/2 cup of water. Mix salt and sugar in tamarind juice. Wash the soaked dal well and boil it in 4 cups of water. When the dal is cooked well, remove it. Mix the boiled dal with the Desi Shad Chotpoti Masala, tamarind juice, potato slices, and chopped cucumber, tomato, green chilies, onions and stir well. After that, add the chopped egg and fried fuchka to the mixture, Then serve it warm and enjoy it.
