Ingredients: Chickpeas 1/2 cup, boiled mung dal 1/2 cup, peas 1 tablespoon, unpeeled mung dal 2 tablespoons, kalai dal 1/4 cup, tomatoes 2, green chilies 3/4, a little ginger, 1/2 tsp of Desi Shad turmeric powder, 2 tbsp of almond oil, 1/2 tsp of Desi Shad chili powder, 1/2 tsp of Desi Shad coriander Powder 1 tsp.
Method: First, wash all the pulses together and boil them. Now add oil to the pan and keep frying ginger, chilli and tomato. When the oil separates from frying, add boiled dal, salt and chili powder to it and keep stirring for a while, Then when the dal is fully cooked, take it out and sprinkle crushed coriander powder over it and serve
