Ingredients – Hilsa Fish – 10 pcs, Black Mustard – 2 Tablespoon, Yellow Mustard – 1 Tablespoon, Green Chilli – 6 pcs, Salt – To Taste, Water – 1/4 Cup, Desi Shad Turmeric Powder – 1/2 Teaspoon, Desi Shad Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp, Onion paste – 4 tbsp, Mustard oil – 3 tbsp .minutes.
Prepared method – black mustard, yellow mustard, green chilies (3), salt as needed, 1/4 cup of water, and blend.
Take the mixture in a bowl and mix together turmeric powder, chili powder, onion paste and mustard oil. After that, take a pan and pour the mixture into it. Mix well with 1/2 cup of water. After that add 3 raw chillies and fish to the mixture. Cover with fish and raw chilies and cook on medium-high heat for 5/6 minutes. Then open the lid and shake it a little. Then cover and cook on low heat for 4/5 minutes. Then take it off from the pan and serve it hot with the delicious mustard hilsa.
