  • You have used no more than 25 grams of the product. This allows you to test a small amount to ensure suitability without compromising the return eligibility.

  1. Initiate Return Request: To initiate a return and request a refund, please send an email to info@desishad.com within 14 days of receiving your order. In your email, include your order number and a clear explanation for the return.

  3. Return Shipping: If your return is approved, you will be responsible for secure packaging and returning the product to the Desi Shad warehouse address provided in the return confirmation email. The return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
  4. Product Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the returned product, we will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria outlined above. If the product is confirmed to be eligible for a refund, we will initiate a full refund for the product price (excluding original shipping costs) within 10 business days. Order Cancellation
