Return and Refund

• Eligibility:

You are eligible to return a Deshi Masala product for a full refund if it meets the following criteria:

• The product is unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• You have used no more than 25 grams of the product. This allows you to test a small amount to ensure suitability without compromising the return eligibility.

• Process:

Following processes shall be adopted for any return or refund issues:

1. Initiate Return Request: To initiate a return and request a refund, please send an email to info@desishad.com within 14 days of receiving your order. In your email, include your order number and a clear explanation for the return.
2. Review and Response: We will thoroughly review your request within 72 hours of receiving it. You will be contacted via email with a decision on your return and refund eligibility.
3. Return Shipping: If your return is approved, you will be responsible for securely packaging and returning the product to the Desi Shad warehouse address provided in the return confirmation email. The return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
4. Product Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the returned product, we will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria outlined above. If the product is confirmed to be eligible for a refund, we will initiate a full refund for the product price (excluding original shipping costs) within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
5. Desi Shad Rights: Desi Shad reserves the right to deny any return or refund request that does not comply with this policy or if the condition of the returned product does not meet the eligibility criteria. Examples of reasons for denial may include:

• Product is not returned within the 14-day window.
• Product is not in its original packaging.
• Product shows signs of tampering or damage beyond minimal testing allowed (exceeding 25 grams used).

Order Cancellation

• Cancellation Window:

You have a limited window of 1 hour to cancel your order after it has been placed. To cancel your order within this timeframe, please contact us immediately at +1 678 698 8477 (if available) or by replying to your order confirmation email.

• Post-Cancellation:

Orders cannot be cancelled after 1 hour of placement.

If your order has already been shipped before you request cancellation, you may still be eligible to return it following our Return and Refund policy outlined above.
